Our Newly President

"NOYNOY is the real change" we've all been waiting for.

Well, to be honest, I always admire the Aquinos especially Ninoy and Cory for freeing us from the hands of Marcos but for some reason I didn’t vote for Noynoy to be the next President of the country this election not because I question his capacity to rule but I think Gibo is a better leader. But when Noynoy won the elections, for some reason, I don’t feel disappointed because first and foremost, he is my second choice for Presidency and most of all, for me, whatever color or whatever side you patronized last election, what’s important is our full support to the newly-elected president. We are the real hope of this country...each individual Filipino... and Noynoy is just an instrument used by God to unite us all and to make this country a much more prosperous one.

My mom and dad is actually an avid fan of Noynoy and they kept on influencing me to like Noynoy and I think they succeeded doing that because now, I think I’m already a fan of him. I asked my mom why did she vote for Noynoy and my mom said to me that she voted for him because she chose a candidate that the people could trust, who will not be involved in any sort of corruption... a leader that will make sure his priority is to serve the people and the country over and above oneself, a leader that will listen to the voices of the people first and make a moral and sound decision for the good and benefit of all. My mom also said that the only candidate who fits these criteria, who will evoke all his efforts, time, abilities and heart for the benefit of the country is no other than Noynoy Aquino.
I also asked my dad why he voted for Noynoy, he just answered it with one simple answer, "I truly trust and believe Noynoy to lead our country because he put the interests of the people and country above himself, his family and his friends."


The way I see it, Noynoy is really a perfect fit for Presidency because I see in him the honesty, integrity, transparency, competence to run the government and fear of the Lord that a president really needed in order to have a successful country. I just expect that you and your cabinet members, vice-president, senators, congressmen, governors, and other local elected officials shall serve the people and this country with transparency, integrity, excellency and accountability for the good of this nation.

In behalf of other Filipinos, I congratulate you Sen. Noynoy Aquino as the new Philippine President and I promise I’ll be a part of the change that we want to achieve for the future.


So to sum things up, I learned that “a successful country doesn’t depend on the Excellency of its leader, moreover, it depends on it’s countrymen, a leader is only an instrument to able to build a country who aims for excellency” and so we should help each other in order for us to have a better and prosperous country.

As what my presidential candidate Gilberto Teodoro said:

“Whatever decision you make, I know it will be for the better because you’re voting for your future, much more than ours. And so I leave our fate, our future in your hands. We believe, we trust in your capacity to bring our country to a better state.”



Goodluck to you President Noynoy and I wish you all the best and may you rule the country as what you have planned to do. You and the other newly elected officials will always be in our prayers that you may accomplish your goals and platforms in making this country a better Philippines.
